With 13-years of benefits experience, she has managed a variety of benefits initiatives including Plan Renewals, 401k Operations, and Global Service Awards Programs. CJ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and sits on the Board of the Orange County Compensation and Benefits Association (OCCABA).
